Season of Giving 2016

To express our gratitude for your support, Pickett Design Associates has made a contribution to Heifer Project International. 

For the past 72 years, Heifer Project International has provided gifts of livestock and training to impoverished communities around the world and they continue to help families improve their nutrition and generate income in sustainable ways. The organization’s mission is to work with these communities to end hunger and poverty and care for the earth.

PDA’s donation this season helps make it possible for families in India to send their daughters to school. Families will be gifted with livestock and the training to care for it. The extra income the animals provide helps pay for school fees and supplies.

New Mental Health Care Services Coming to Santa Monica

Gerflor tour of floors and more

Our Principal Christine Hardin visited the Gerflor headquarters recently in Toulsouse, France. Their products and tour were top of the line along with their ability for color customization. The group also got to do a little sight seeing and visit Pont Neuf bridge. For more information on Gerflor, you can visit their website here. 

Progress: Waiting Pavilion of the NorthBay Medical Center

Belinda attended a job site walk with our Jr. Designer Kao and the DPR team at the new Waiting Pavilion of the NorthBay Medical Center in Fairfield, CA as it nears completion. This was Kao's first time on a job site and as they reviewed the space for quality and progress, she made a statement in her bright pink hard hat. The stone pebble border along the perimeter walls and the inset 3-Form material in the feature wall (pictured above) are just a few design details accenting the space.
