Stephanie’s career experience as a project manager and senior designer has encompassed all phases of interior design, with strength in establishing and maintaining successful client relationships built on trust and exceptional performance. From initial design development and planning to construction administration, she has worked closely with clients and user groups in creating distinctive yet functional interior spaces within challenging time frames and budgets. Stephanie joined Pickett Design Associates in 2012 after receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture from Woodbury University. Since joining Pickett, Stephanie’s completed projects include Kaiser Permanente Playa Vista, Ventura County Medical Center, Kaiser Behavioral Health, Northbay Medical Center Expansion. Stephane also spent 2 years as a Senior Designer for the Hospitality firm Atwater Design Inc. She played a major role in projects such as Hilton Cliffrose Lodge and Gardens, Dry Creek Inn, Hilton Santa Barbara Beach Resort and Hilton Inn at Saratoga which was awarded Best Hotel under 50 rooms at the International Hotel & Property Awards 2021. This wide variety of project types has given Stephanie a broad knowledge base and expertise to draw from in her daily practice.

With 9 years of experience in health care design, Stephanie has developed a fundamental understanding of required healthcare regulations, proficient design skills and attention to the client’s wishes in producing successful and meaningful interior environments for the staff as well as patients. While currently becoming a California Certified Interior Designer, Stephanie acquired the LEED Green Associate Certification in 2020. She is dedicated to bringing a sustainable and quality design to each of her projects.
