Retained for services through 100% Design Development, Pickett Design Associates provided design concepts for the Village Medical clinic prototype. Implemented design in 5 locations launched in Houston, Texas, and to be replicated in 39+ locations across Texas and Arizona by May 2021. Village Medical’s clinics are located at Walgreens pharmacies, bringing their exceptional and compassionate primary care even closer to those in need.
Village Medical’s clinics have a signature “skylight” illuminating their lobbies with blue-sky, making each location familiar and recognizable. Natural biophilic elements throughout transforms each clinic into open spaces emulating peace, solace and healing. Waterfall-glass highlights the surrounding blue elements while also providing needed privacy at workstations. Wood finishes compliment the artwork of lush trees and foliage, while spots of green throughout highlight the openness natural elements of each location.
