Pickett Design Associates utilizes Architectural Resource Consultants’ (ARC) services to create as-built drawings on projects where existing drawings need verification or where plans are not available. Located in Irvine, California, and founded by John Russo, AIA in 1997, ARC has been successfully serving the design and architecture community in Los Angeles and around the country for the past seventeen years.
